I found these cute pirate buttons at Michaels on sale and then used the card patterns sketch #48 to make a pirate birthday card for someone at work (their birthday isn't until Sept but it all worked out so good that I just did it now).
The pirate map and happy birthday are quickutz revolution dies.
I had the mesh and the little swords and skull from my disney book projects.
